Does Beau & Butter offer treats for special dietary needs?
We do offer some items that accommodate specific dietary needs such as gluten and dairy intolerances. However, please keep in mind that all of our treats are made onsite in our kitchen, where we use a lot of eggs, flour, milk, and nuts and we cannot guarantee that there are no trace elements of allergens in our items.
Do you offer tastings?
We are happy to set up a tasting session for special occasion cakes and cookies.
Are you taking any special precautions due to Covid-19?
Absolutely! Our customers’ safety is our #1 priority. We are sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces every hour. Our team members always wear masks and gloves when baking or preparing orders.
Delivery process: We are offering a no contact delivery option, where your items will be left at your door, for those who don’t feel comfortable coming into closer contact with our staff members.
Can I customize my cake and cupcake orders?
All cakes and cupcakes can be customized based on the options provided. Writing on cakes and cupcakes is currently not an option
Should I refrigerate my cakes and cupcakes?
Yes, you should refrigerate all cakes and cupcakes with buttercream or cream cheese frosting. For the best experience, remove your cake or cupcakes from the refrigerator one hour before consuming.
Should I refrigerate my cookies?
No, that will dry them out. Our products are made to order day to day, without any preservatives. For the ultimate experience, all cookies should be enjoyed the day received. That being said, the cookies will last for up to three days, stored in an airtight container.
Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes, you can freeze already baked cookies for up to a month.
How far in advance can I place my order online?
Orders can be placed up to one month in advance on most occasions. Simply specify your preferred delivery date in the notes sections of your cart/checkout.
What happens if delivery was attempted and not completed? (currently no delivery option besides for corporate orders)
If delivery was attempted and not complete, we will contact you to set up an alternate delivery date or schedule a pickup. If we contact you, and do not receive a response within 24h of the original delivery date and time, your order will no longer qualify for a full refund. As we are selling freshly baked goods made to order, delivery date and time must be respected to insure the best quality of our products.
